Buhlenathi Solutions is a South African engineering consultancy serving mining and heavy industry. We are based in Rustenburg, South Africa, and our work is defined by one standard: engineering that holds up under regulatory scrutiny and under load.
Who we are
A consultancy built around operational reality.
We were formed to close a gap our directors saw repeatedly on site: engineering advice that reads well but never converts into closed-out actions, restored availability or an uplifted regulator instruction.
Our teams cover mechanical engineering, shaft and winding plants, conveyors, pumping and dewatering, structural integrity, and MHSA compliance. That breadth means one accountable partner across the systems that actually stop production.
Where technology helps, we deploy it — dashboards, digital inspections and compliance tracking — but engineering leads and digital follows. That order never changes.
